Akin Thomas
Keynote Speaker
Akin Thomas is a business leader with a deep passion for helping people align their work with God’s purpose. He’s the founder of Dominion Mandate, a movement birthed from his personal journey of navigating business, faith, and identity in Christ. For years, Akin launched ventures thinking success was about being smart and achieving more—but God had other plans.
After a series of starts, stops, and spiritual wrestles, God revealed a different model—one rooted in stewardship, Kingdom authority, and purpose. That revelation became Dominion Mandate, now a growing ministry where entrepreneurs and business leaders gather to learn how to operate God’s way in the marketplace.
Akin is also the author of the book Dominion Mandate, a practical and divine call to action for believers to take territory in their industries and honour God through their work.
Outside of ministry, Akin is the founder and CEO of AKD Solutions, an organisational change consultancy with a core ethos of Stimulating Brilliance. The company works with brands both in the UK and globally, helping them rethink strategy, challenge assumptions, and unlock their full potential.
Whether in ministry settings or corporate environments, Akin brings clarity, honesty, and a deep conviction that faith and business are not separate—they’re deeply connected.
