Meet Detola, the powerhouse behind Empowering Mothers. As a Women Leadership and Productivity coach, she’s on a mission to empower Kingdom women, especially mothers, to lead and live a life of significance.
Detola is renowned for her ability to ACTIVATE Kingdom Women, inspiring them to live and lead with purpose. She is a multifaceted and multi-entrepreneur who is also a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker & Trainer, Certified Maxwell DISC Behavioural Trainer and a Certified Grief & Loss Specialist.
On top of that, she’s a gifted writer, hosting the Birth Your Dreams with Detola show on YouTube and co-hosting the popular When Life Stops Podcast. Not to mention, she’s also an accomplished author with four inspiring books and four journals to her name.
As CEO of Super Working Mum, a global organisation, Detola empowers overwhelmed Kingdom Mothers to maximise their time so that they can manifest their God-given dreams. Additionally, she’s the compassionate founder of My Little Warrior Child foundation, providing support to bereaved parents.
Detola’s passion for facilitating retreats is undeniable, with two annual events: a powerful prayer retreat and a transformative goal-setting retreat that empowers women with strategic planning. Her wisdom has been featured on various media platforms, including UCB and Turning Point International.
With Empowering Mothers, Detola has embraced her divine mandate to bring back Esthers to their King.
Beyond her incredible work, Detola finds joy in reading, writing, travelling, and cherishing quality time with her loved ones. She is a loving wife and a proud mother of four, including one precious child who resides in heaven.
Toks Aruoture
Keynote Speaker
Toks Aruoture is a TEDx speaker, entrepreneur and business strategist with more than 20 years’ experience building businesses through seasons of success, loss and starting again.
After losing everything early in her entrepreneurial journey, Toks rebuilt with $75 and went on to found The Baby Cot Shop, the UK’s leading luxury nursery and children’s interiors brand, with a flagship in Chelsea and a presence in Harrods. She later founded The Revealry, an exclusive furniture company creating bespoke pieces for prime properties.
Her experiences have shaped a deeply held belief that lasting transformation begins within. Toks speaks and writes about entrepreneurship, leadership, faith and personal growth, drawing from the lessons she has learnt through building businesses, raising a family and navigating the unexpected turns of life.
Her Christian faith is central to how she sees the world and has taught her that the seasons we would rather erase can become part of the preparation for where we are going. Through her speaking, Toks encourages women to recognise who they are, challenge the beliefs that keep them stuck, and move forward with faith, courage and a greater sense of purpose.
Martina Valenza
Worship Leader. Songwriter
Martina Valenza is a child of God who loves singing to Him from the heart.
Born and raised in Italy, her journey with music started in her teenage years attending vocals and guitar lessons. Jesus found her and saved her at 17 years old. Since then her music has become what it was always meant to be: an expression of worship. She came to London to study a degree in Vocals & Songwriting.
Today she leads worship with covers and original songs. Her worship music is soft and intense, personal and relatable, with versatility to diverse settings and repertoires.
Martina’s service is marked by the honour for the word of God, the sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, and an eager longing to seek Jesus and dwell in the Father’s love.
Love for community is key for Martina. Her desire is for all to intimately experience the transformative power of God at work in our worship, and above all to glorify God.
Martina’s vision is to nourish a sound where art serves a greater purpose, where music becomes worship.
Rhoda Iranloye

Rhoda Iranloye lives in Orpington, Kent, England; is married and blessed with two children. Rhoda is a singer/songwriter and has led worship at her local church for over 20 years. She has an established career working in Health and Social Care and also volunteers as a Trustee at two non-profit organisations. Rhoda’s first passion is loving Jesus and worshipping Him for who He is and praising Him for all that He has done. She is the author of The Power of Prayer and Praise – a devotional for every season of life which is her first book. She also has an album coming out later this year.
Temitope Kuku

Temitope Kuku is first and most importantly an unapologetic Jesus baby girl. She is married and is a mother to three nations – two boys and a girl. She loves reading and travelling. She started her professional career in Healthcare Finance and typically works as a free-lance consultant in strategic finance, performance management and commissioning for hospitals and healthcare support organisations. She also supports the running of their family businesses – African restaurant and take-away business and grocery store.
Temitope enjoys sponsoring and participating in charitable initiatives and events and started LifeBank International, an initiative that seeks to empower disadvantaged young adults in Africa through education, training and mentorship. Temitope loves to pray and identifies with a life consecrated to prophetic intercession. She recently launched the first of a series of journals – Be Still And Know – a prayer tool for cultivating a lifestyle of stillness with God.
Adeola Filani
Panelist
Adeola Filani is a daughter of Zion and a worshipper who loves the Lord. She is a wife, mother of four adult children, grandmother and entrepreneur. A retired midwife, she is now a property investor.
Adeola spent 31 years working in the NHS, with experience spanning clinical decision-making, education, strategic planning and management.
This experience helped her develop strong organisational, negotiation and project management skills, which now support her property investment journey and the growth of her portfolio.
Her vision is to invest in buy-to-let properties, purchase, refurbish and resell below-market-value properties, and create opportunities for joint ventures with other investors.
Her property business focuses on buy-to-let properties and flips, with plans to expand the portfolio to include serviced accommodation.
Adeola joined the Aspire Academy in 2024 to enhance her property investment knowledge and is now an Aspire Education Affiliate.
She is also part of the Super Working Mums Academy.
In 2025, Adeola featured on Homes Under the Hammer.
Outside of her professional interests, she enjoys travelling and eating out with friends and family.
